He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine LeBlanc and Minnie Doiron; and his siblings, Fidel LeBlanc (Shirley), Ben LeBlanc (late Barb), Doris MacDonald (late Ian), Levi LeBlanc (Charlene) and Marceline Cook (Lawrence).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gayle LeBlanc (Hopkins); his children, Wendy Price (Kevin) and Michael LeBlanc (Mandi); and his sibling Obleline Villa (late Tony). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
If so desired, donations in memory of Frank may be made to CARMA Sackville Chapter, PAW (Moncton) or to the charity of one's choice.
