She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Demand and Yvette Demand (Despres); her grandmother Marie Despres; her stepdaughter Erin Knockwood; and her stepgranddaughter Scarlett Knockwood.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Knockwood; her children, Remi Casey (Nadine) of Cocagne, NB and Julien Casey (Lisa) of Cocagne, NB; her grandchildren, Melanie Demand (John) of Rexton, NB, Kayla, Shaun, Jessi, Jenny Casey, Ahliya and Sage Newcombe; her stepgrandchildren, Kenzie and Sadie Sheffar; her stepchildren, Ricky Knockwood (Lacey) of Stratford, PE and Melissa Knockwood (Kirk) of Fort Folly First Nations; her pet Abby; and her siblings, Terry Demand (Joanne), Lisa Budis (Steven) and Stephanie Johnson (Mark) of Cocagne, NB. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (70 Bridge St, Sackville, NB E4L 3N9).
