He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Henry Amos and Shirley (Scott); and his sister Patricia Estabrooks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mae Amos (Ripley); his children, Paul Amos (Dawn), Sherry Jones and Natasha Cook (Joe); his grandchildren, Cody, Colton, Anna, Connor, Lee and Layne; and his siblings, Al Amos (Jean), Brian Amos (Linda), Debbie Amos (Ralph Mitton), Kathy Amos (Jamie Robinson) and Gary Amos (Kim). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, as well as by his extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of David may be made to CNETS Canada (Canadian Neuroendocrine Tumour Society) or to the charity of one's choice.
