He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Oulton and Beatrice Oulton (Copp); his wife Harriett Oulton (Hickey); his sister Shirley Streatch; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Streatch, Pat Hickey and Jim Hickey.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Oulton and Cheryl Booth; his granddaughters, Nicole (Alisha Minchau), Allison Booth and Beverly Booth; his sister Ginny Foley (Garey); and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte McDonald (Jim), Joanne Korman (Steve), Mike Hickey (Helen) and Shawn Hickey (Johanne). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
If so desired, donations in memory of David may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the charity of one's choice.
