She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Perry and Florence Perry (Allen); her husband Verdell Allen; her brother Ron Perry; and her nephew Tom Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Verdell Joseph Allen (Tammy), Kevin Michael Allen (Lisa), Suzette Mary Ketchum and Kimberley Dawn Ann Pauley (Derek Parsons); and her sister Mary Cook (Keith). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
