Carl Douglas Trenholm Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Douglas Trenholm (Sackville, New Brunswick), born in Port Elgin, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Trenholm (Miller) and Trueman Trenholm; his wife Aileen "Allie" Holmes; his daughter Wanda Wood; and his siblings, Eva Spence, Lloyd, Larry "Horace", Harold and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Trenholm (Stephen Butler) and Calvin Trenholm; and his grandchildren, Shane Trenholm (Valerie), Leigh Wood, Timothy Wood (Tricia) and Meegan Wood (Peter Gagnon). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, as well as by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Carl may be made to the Port Elgin Fire Department, Westford Nursing Home or to the charity of one's choice.
