She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Harold Hopkins and Dorothy Rebecca (Phinney). She is survived by: her sons, Don "Bub" Fillmore (Kim) and Alan Keith Fillmore (Shelley); her significant other Bliss Kay; her grandchildren, Stevy (Sam) and Demi (Tyson); and her great grandchildren, Landen, Brice, Ashlyn, Finley and Kiara. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (89 Bridge St, Sackville, NB E4L3P1).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Brenda may be made to the Sackville Cemetery, Lillian Albon Animal Shelter, CARMA or to the charity of one's choice.
