He was predeceased by: his father Blair. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Sarah and Michael; his mother Geraldine; his sisters, Elizabeth and Pamela (Steven); and his nephews, Jonathan, Andrew and Ryan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, a great-niece and a great-nephew.
