She was predeceased by: her parents, Crandall Steadman and Linnie Steadman (Snowdon); her husband Lorne William MacKay; and her brothers-in-law, Borden Estabrooks and Walter Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Mary-Alice) of Quispamsis, NB and Barb Ward (Curtis); her grandchildren, Heather Hall (Graham), William, Graeme MacKay, Wendy Proa (Eli), Cindy Ward, Amanda Savoy (Sheldon) and Shane Ward; her great grandchildren, Kaylie, Kyle, Keera, Katelyn, Kameron and Jacob; her great great grandchild Mataya; and her sisters, Joyce Estabrooks and Nancy Peters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
