He is survived by: his parents, Peter King and Melanie Crouse; his grandmother Cheryl Crouse; his great-aunt Dawne Boyle (Fred); his uncle Larry King (Denise); and his aunt Dawn-Marie Melanson (Scott). He is also survived by numerous cousins as well as a great aunt.
