He was predeceased by: his parents, Prospère Richard and Marianne Richard (Arseneau) of Rogersville, NB.; his daughter Jocelyne Richard; his grandson Dusty Henderson; and his siblings, Leo, Willie, Bella Savoie (late George) and Yvonne LeBlanc (late Philias).
He is survived by: his wife Anita Richard (Caissie); his children, Charlene Groundwater (Moncton), Roderick (Elise), Gilles (Jeannette) of Rogersville, Maurice of Bouctouche and Janice Richard (Lucien) of Collette; his friend Sharon; his grandchildren, Marc (Terri-Lynn), Simon, Timmy (Samantha), Mélissa, Jessica (Randy), Justin (Meghan), Cody (Jessica), Sylvie (Christian), Nicole (Jeremy), Zacharie and Marcel; his great grandchildren, Janie, Karlie, Greysen, Valérie, Guylène, Frédéric, Sofia and Jeremie; his sisters, Elda Richard and Louina Caissie (Vincent) of Moncton; his siblings-in-law, Eva Richard (late Leo) of Moncton and Leo Caissie (Gilberte) of Opasatika, ON; and his godchildren, Carol Leger and Ronald Richard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Foyer Assomption Rogersville or the Rogersville Cemetery.
