She is survived by: her mother Mary Boyd (Anderson) of Greenock, Scotland; her husband Jeff Hanna of Rogersville; her children, Lyndsay McColl of Aberdeen, David McColl of Stone Haven and Iain McColl of Aberdeen, Scotland; her grandchild Findlay; her brothers, Tom Boyd (Karen) of Marquay, France, Robert Boyd (Danielle) of Belmont and California; and her nieces and nephews, Ainsley, Sophie, Emily and Callum.
Her contributions to setting up telephone triage for an American company and New Brunswick from Ontario and her teaching of nursing in the UK were significant.
