He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sneath and Florence Sneath (Wynn); his brothers, Tom and Allen; and his stepbrother Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Janet (Crandall); his son Bill Jr. (Sandy); his stepdaughter Erin Fowlie (Dean); his sister Barbara Dinnell; and his granddaughter Aislynn Fowlie.
Masks are mandatory for both events.
