He was predeceased by: his parent Doreena; his granddaughter Sasha; and his siblings, Valmond, John Paul, Ernie, Flo, Leona and Irene.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Roger (Jenn) and Marc (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kassidy (Dylan), Zack (Kaithlyn), Danielle (Daniel), Paige (Connor), Mayson (Emma) and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Abbie, Oliver, Malaya, Karsyn and Scarlette; and his siblings, Rose, Theresa, Rita, Helen, Yvonne and Willie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Roger's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any children's charity.
