He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mann; his stepdaughter Melissa McKay (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, James Teed and Kayla Teed; his siblings, Fredrik (Jeannine), Thomas (Carole) and Halldis (Del); his nieces, Tara, Amy and Celine; his nephew Clay; his great-niece Aniston; and his great-nephew Brenley.
