He was predeceased by: his parents, Sybil Lewis (Hamilton) and Elton Lewis of Berry Mills; his brothers, Lee and Bertram (Buddy); his nieces, Vicky and Darlene; his nephew Nick; and his close friends, Pal and Maggie.

He is survived by: his significant other Marielle Michaud; his daughters, Charlene Lewis Wilkins (Tom), Valerie Lewis and Jessica Lewis (Gabe); his granddaughters, Kristen Roache, Rylee Lewis and Lauren Cormier; his great grandchildren, Braxton and River; his siblings, Elizabeth French, Roberta Boudreau (John), Debbie Murphy (late Terry), Wendy Murphy (Paul), Linda Kubas (Gary) and Dennis Lewis (Lorraine); and his sister-in-law Linda Lewis.
