He was predeceased by: his spouse Rose-Mai Martin (Allain); and his parents, Leonide Gallant and Bertha Gallant (Martin). He is survived by: his children, Gisèle Petitpas (Rhéo) of Richiboucto-Village, Lisa Martin (Stephen) of Scoudouc, Marc (Kara) of Eel Ground and Robert of Riverview; his grandchildren, Marcel, Julien, Chanelle, Jérome, Véronique and Mikah; his great grandchildren, Alexia and Kaleb; and his brother Normand Gallant of Saint-Louis. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
