In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Edith's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Budd and Mabel Budd (Doige); and her husband Hubert "Bud" Garner. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Scribner (late Frank) of Wheaton Settlement, Sandra Burtch (Floyd) of Kingston, ON, Linda Belliveau (Jean-Paul) of Riverview, Frances Steeves (Gary) of Hillsborough, Royston Garner (late Marge) of Stoney Creek and Derek Garner of Saint John; and her niece Olive Mercer. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; greater than 100 great and great great grandchildren.
