She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Bliss Moore and Brenda Moore (O'Hearn). She is survived by: her husband John Spidell (Jack); her sons, Scott (Chrissie), Darren (Tracy) and Jeff (Nicki); and her grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Jamie and Molly.
