She was predeceased by: her parents, Manning Tingley and S. Shirley Tingley (Campbell); her husband Darryl; her son-in-law Timothy R. Steeves; and her brother-in-law Carmen Steeves.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Layton (Frank), Lauren Steeves (Brandyn) and Whitney Tower (Keith); her great grandchildren, Grace, Charlotte and Lewis; her daughter Susan MacDonald (Russell); her granddaughter Samantha MacDonald; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Alexandria and Willow; her siblings, Olive Steeves of Riverview and Gerald Tingley (Shirley) of Petitcodiac; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Greene (Tony) of Bridgewater, NS, Danny Snelgrove of Germantown, Donald Snelgrove (Joy) of Edgett's Landing, Paul Smith (Janet) of Edgett's Landing and Roland Smith of Riverside-Albert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews, and by all her friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Albert County Funeral Home (4130 NB-114, Hopewell Cape, NB E4H). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lower Cape Baptist Church (4431 NB-114, Lower Cape, NB E4H3P6).
Donations to the Mountain View Cemetery, Lower Cape Baptist Church, Juvenile Diabetes Association or Friends of the Moncton Hospital - Oncology Department would be greatly appreciated.
