He was predeceased by: his father Stuart Budd; and his brother Peter Budd. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Jenkins (Tracy Blanchette), Brandon Budd, Justin Budd and Gracey; his grandson Jaxson Blanchette; his stepmother Joy Budd; his siblings, Stephen, Sandy, Timmy, Kimberly and Stacy; and also, Dorothy Dempster and Doug. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His ashes will be placed along with his father and brother in a private family service in the Spring Requested Charity Charity of Donor's choice.
