He is survived by: his son Jason Crouse; his wife Debbie Crouse; and his siblings, Evie Lane (Stella Fougere), Deborah Lane, Penny Cook, Cindi Griffiths (Steve), Lyle Lane (Patsy) and James Lane (Nancy Alcox). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
