He is survived by: his wife Darlene Clair of Elsipogtog; his daughter Selena Marshall of Moncton; and his siblings, Lauralee Kelly of Riverview, Joyce Kelly of Cap-Pele, Alfreda Brun of Richibucto, Tracy Lee Kelly of Moncton, Elie Zoel Kelly of Saint John and Dorance Augustine of Elsipogtog. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
