He is survived by: his parents, Patsy Clement and Basil Augustine; his wife Renée Smith; his son Frank; his brothers, Justin and Elijah; his nieces, Alyssa and Keirsten; and his nephew Lincoln. He is also survived by his family, friends.
His presence and contributions to the community will be remembered with fondness, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
