He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cormier and Laura Cormier (Daigle); and his siblings, Corinne Arsenault, Hélène Cormier and Daniel Cormier.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Stella Cormier of Bouctouche; his siblings, Alida Fagan (John) of Richibucto, Antoine Cormier (Corinne) of Richibucto, Rhéal Cormier (Lori) of Edmonton and Eric Cormier of Bouctouche; his former wife Lorena Cormier; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Lia of Bedec and Jeannita Cormier of St. Louis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Thompson's Funeral Home (33 Rue Acadie, Richibouctou, NB E4W 3V1). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church (146 Rue Principale, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, QC J0S1T0).
