Leonard Richard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Richard of Richibouctou-Village, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 17, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Richard and Aurore Richard (Richard); his son John "Jackie"; his grandchildren, André and Chantal; and his brothers, René, André and Edgar.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Richard (Lebelle) of Richibouctou-Village; his children, Marie Thérèse (Jeff) of Windsor, ON and Leonard Junior Richard (Denise) of Richibouctou-Village; his grandchildren, Collin Streicher (Alexandra), Jesse Richard (Julie) and Ryan Richard (Camilla); and his siblings, Alvina Richard (Gérard), Leo Richard (Stella) of Richibouctou-Village and Robert Richard (Noella) of Richibouctou-Village. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Following provincial COVID-19 regulations, those invited to attend the funeral service will be required to provide proof of double COVID-19 vaccination and government issued ID before entering the church, masks are mandatory and we ask that social distancing is respected.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leonard's memory may be made to the New Brunswick Alzheimer's Society.
