It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henriette Doucet (Richibouctou-Village, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amédée Doucet and Henriette Doucet (Hébert); her adoptive mothers, Céline Doucet and Sarah Hébert; her husband Benjamin Doucet; her son Laurie Doucet (Pauline); and her siblings, Loda Doucet, Bertha Doucet, Gerard Doucet and Amédée Doucet.
She is survived by: her children, Rose-Marie Guimond-Doucet (Roméo) of St. Charles, Della Doucet (Normand) of Cap-Pelé, Alvin Doucet (Francine) of St. Charles and Eugene Doucet (Thérèse) of Richibucto; her grandchildren, Allain (Marie-Josée), Angela (Jimmy), Rachelle, Gabriel (Chantal), Sylvia (Christopher), Manuel (Ellie), David, Gilles (Tasha) and Carole (Ally); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Michael, Jonathan, Pascal, Justin, Jacob, Shelly, Alissa, Miguel, Jocelyn and Leanna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
