He was predeceased by: his parents, André Fagan and Céline Fagan (Cormier); his wife Linda (Mourant); and his siblings, Catherine Richard and Gérard.
He is survived by: his sons, Edouard "Ted" Fagan (Gisèle) of Richibouctou-Village and Gabriel Fagan of Richibouctou-Village; his siblings, Marie Babineau (Lucien Hebert) of Richibucto, Thérèse Richard (Ernest Caissie) of Ste. Anne, Noëlla Thibodeau (Alban) of Richibouctou-Village, John (Alida) of Richibucto, Patrick (Thérèse) of Richibouctou-Village and Raymond (Yvonne) of Rexton; and his godchildren, Janelle Daigle-Richard, Mona Caissie, André Fagan and Anne Fagan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or service.
