He is survived by: his mother Doris Simon (Augustine) of Elsipogtog; his children, Cheryl Bernard and Daniel Milliea of Elsipogtog; his grandchildren, Adriannah, Bruce and Shay; and his siblings, Lori Simon of Elsipogtog, Julie Simon (Freeman Joseph) of Elsipogtog, Jamie Simon of Elsipogtog, Allen Simon of Elsipogtog and Danny Simon of Elsipogtog. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
