He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nadia (Nashad Guindi); his children, Neveen Sheppard (Kerry) of Rothesay, Hani Fam (Sherra) of Peterborough and Nancy Gilmour (Andrew) of Victoria, BC.; his grandchildren, Alexander, Gillian, Connor and Avery; his brother Arnest; and his parents, Saida and Tawfiek. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.
In lieu of flowers donations in Samuel's memory can be made to Saint John Regional Palliative Care Unit or Gideons International.
