It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ellis Powell (Quispamsis, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Myra (Northcott); his sisters, Elaine Miles and Marion Lambert; his parents, Clayton Powell and Sadie Powell (Payne); his children, Kimberly Lanigan (Paul), Rothesay, Karen Powell of Saint John and Robert Powell (Kaylee) of Saint John; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Taylor), Myra Lanigan, Dylan and Gabriel Powell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings by the Government of New Brunswick, all those 12 and older attending the visitation and service will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of government-issued ID or proof of medical exemption.
In lieu of flowers , donations in Bob's memory can be made to Saint David's United Church Memorial Fund, Heart Function Clinic-Saint John Regional Hospital, NB Lung Association or The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
