Gregory Torrey Obituary

In loving memory of Gregory Torrey (Quispamsis, New Brunswick), who departed this world on April 4, 2025 at the age of 58. Gregory leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol "Turk" Torrey and Florence Torrey (Guthrie); and his niece Layla Melanson. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Torrey; his children, Sara Torrey (Caleb McGinnis), Gregory Torrey, Kaitelynn Torrey (Noel Waite) and Jessica Torrey (Geoff Bostwick); his siblings, Kelly Torrey, Jamie Torrey and Jeff Torrey (Beth); his nephew Jay Torrey; his great-nephew Oliver; his great-niece Layla Torrey; his siblings-in-law, Melanie Bettle (Jason Hunter) and Tom Bettle (Judy); his nieces and nephews, Lita, Danny and Xander; his great-nephew Joseph Bettle-Lambert (Karissa Forsythe); his great-niece Jasmine Bettle-Lambert (Trevor Melanson); and also, Emerson, Wyatt and Charlie. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home (152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, NB E2E3S6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
