She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Samuel MacDonald; her parents, Beacher Perry and Dollie Perry (Smith); her husband Ken; her children, Allan and June Doherty; and her siblings, Freeman, Elisha, Judson Perry, Lavolia Thorne, Marjorie Hetherington and Myrtle Dykeman.

She is survived by: her son Jim MacDonald (Sharon) of Quispamsis; her grandchildren, Sarah, Scott MacDonald, Hughanna Dunfield (Ron), Christopher Doherty (Jane), Patrick Doherty (Tamara), Daniel Doherty (Sarah), Jason MacDonald (Tanya) and Jarl MacDonald (Krista); her great grandchildren, Owen, Cayden, Allie, Maddie, Issac, Oliver, Holden, Jessica, Justin, Jacob, Kassandra, Ben, Noah and Jonah; her brother George Perry (Mary); and her siblings-in-law, Ruby Morrison and Russell Dykeman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
