He is survived by: his children, Terri Ann Baker (Barry), Shelley Moore (Blaine), Tracey Vaughn-Evans (Jim) and Steven Allen (Mary). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
