He was predeceased by: his spouse Moira Smith (Grant); and his parents, Jesse Smith and Mimi Smith (Ripley). He is survived by: his sons, David Smith, Dale Smith (Jamie) and Scott Smith (Amanda Harrison); and his grandsons, Cooper, Colby and Carson Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
