He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Lewis. He is survived by: his spouse Doris Lewis (Groundwater); his parent Mary Lewis (Riley); his children, Margaret Fleming (James), Robert Lewis (Kelly) and Elizabeth Lewis (Lori Bunnell); his brothers, Robert (Celine) and Edward (Connie); and his grandchildren, Vashti, James, Aaron, Riley, Aiden, Kyla, Morgan and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
