She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Forbes and Gertrude Forbes (Nickerson); her former husband Ralph Seely; and her siblings, Ronald, Merle, Arthur Forbes and Carol Pierce.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Conrad (Pastor Robert Conrad), Mark Seely (Kandy) and Donald Seely (Sandy); her siblings, Alvin Forbes (Ethel) and Crystal Copeland (Phil); her sister-in-law Joyce (Merle); and also Phillip Seely (Jessica). She is also survived by grandchildren, seventy-one great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
