He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold McGlinchey and Mildred McGlinchey (McLaughlin). He is survived by: his sister Elva Hatt; his children, Mary-Ellan Atkinson (John) and William Bainbridge (Irene); his niece Kelly Hatt; and his nephew Michael Hatt. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery.
