He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arcade and Dorina Despres. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Gray of Pointe-Sapin; his children, Jessica Despres (Yves) of Richibucto and Allain Despres (Marie-Josée) of Aldouane; his grandson Travis (Kayden); his sister Ginette Despres (Serge) of Baie-Ste; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Shane, Veronique and Chelsey.
