He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Kierstead and Evelyn Kierstead (Chatwin); and his brother Gordon Kierstead. He is survived by: his wife Abigail Kierstead (Larsen); his children, Cynthia Kiser (Terry), Stephen (Beverly) and Philip (Rochelle); his grandchildren, Jennifer Baker (Tyson), Beth Green (Michael), Nancy Williamson (Ben), Andrew Kierstead (Melinda), David Kierstead (Alaina), Naomi Eagles (Bradley), Heather Braymore (Geoffrey), Jeffrey Kiser, Kristin Greer, Andrea Corbin (Tommy), Craig Kiser and Trent Kierstead (Megan); his great grandchildren, Garrett Baker, Chantal Baker, Sophia Eagles, Abigail Eagles, Lucas Williamson, Nolan Kierstead, Ava Eagles, Everly Kierstead, Dominic Williamson, Loryn Eagles and Emerson Kierstead; and his sisters, Norma Brewer (Allison) and Erna Cole (Alton). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Family Worship Center, Plaster Rock (123 Main St, Plaster Rock, NB E7G2H2). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the church building fund would be greatly appreciated.
