Laverne Rabatich Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne Rabatich (Plaster Rock, New Brunswick), born in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Elderkin and Betsy Elderkin (Paulsen); her husband Dr. Stephen Rabatich; her son Michael Rabatich; and her brothers, Paul Elderkin (late Louise) and Bud Elderkin (late Ruth).

She is survived by: her children, Diane Rabatich of Ottawa, ON, Daphne Anderson (John) of Linton Corner, NB, Ulrich Rabatich of Illinois and Dr. Dusty Rabatich (Helen) of Plaster Rock, NB; and her brother Malcolm Elderkin (Lorna) of Wolfville, NS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
