She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert White and Ella Mae Colpitts; her husband George Henry Steeves; her brother Arthur of Herman; her half-brother Herb of Carl; her sister Beulah of Evelyn; and her son Ronnie Steeves.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Paine (late Peter) of Brighton, George Steeves (Linda) of Plaster Rock, NB, Julie Steeves of Spruce Grove, AB, Alice Chamberlain (Glen) of Moncton, NB, Brenda McAllister (Tom) of Plaster Rock, NB and Barbara Steeves of Winnipeg, MB. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
