She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett Eagles and Dorothy Eagles (Woodburn); her husband John H. Smith; her son-in-law Graeme Clouston; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Kristia, Landon and Diane.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Keirstead (Bruce) of Pine Glen, Valerie Daigle of Moncton, Karen Arsenault (Harold) of Pine Glen, Carol Clouston of Riverview and Carl Smith of Pine Glen; her siblings, Sonny (Mary Ann) of Lakeburn, David (Deborah) of Pine Glen, Jimmy (Judy) of Moncton, Bruce (Pat) of Riverview, Gertrude of Riverside Albert, Margaret (Jonnie) of Pine Glen, Barbara (late Rod) of Saint John and Janet (Jean) of Riverview; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Brittany (Nick), Amanda (Nathan), Andrea (Marc), Matthew (Brenda), Vanessa (Troy) and Angela (Leo Paul); and her friend Terry LeBlanc. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great- great-grandchildren.
