It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Bannister (Petitcodiac, New Brunswick), born in Midgic, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Alberta Hicks; her children, Rachel, James, Joe, Clarence and Johnny; her granddaughter Kathleen; her siblings, Eudora Hicks, Robert Holt, Frank Holt, James Holt and Richard Holt; and her son-in-law Robert Gray.

She is survived by: her children, Bernice Gray, Eldon Bannister, George Bannister (Arlene) and Arthur Bannister (Marjorie); her siblings, Edie Corey, Vernisha Yabsley (George), Eva Fahie (Bernard), Charlie and Herbert (Joke Lissenberg); and her daughters-in-law, Judy Bannister, Sheila Bannister and Billie Bannister. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
