He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Farrell and Catherine Farrell (Egan); his sister Patricia Edwards; his father-in-law George Dunfield; and his former wife Cynthia Dunphy.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Farrell (Dunfield); his sisters, Eileen Carson (Reg) of St. John and Cathy Andrews of St. John; his mother-in-law Verna Dunfield; his siblings-in-law, Rick Dunfield (Ellen), Len Dunfield (Dawn) and Shirley Armstrong (Gerald); and also John Farrell (Erzsi) of Edmonton, AB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
