She was predeceased by: her parent Bliss Teakles; her former husbands, Frank E. Horsman and Robert Sears; and her brothers, Lloyd Teakles and Winston Teakles.

She is survived by: her parent Sardea Teakles (DeMille); her children, Gloria Arsenault of Amherst, Erie Platt (John) of Hamilton and Loris Horsman (Beth) of Petitcodiac; her grandchildren, Rick Horsman (Kayleigh), Frank Ripley, David Arsenault, Randell Perry (Robin) and Stevie-Anne Horsman (John-Isaac Brown); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Camden, Kale, Prestynn Makenzie, Dawson and Tucker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
