He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Berry and Donna Berry (Shaffer). He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Taylor); his daughters, Melissa (Tim) and Rebecca; his siblings, Sue Anne (Conrad), Jeffery (Marie), Kevin (Annette) and Michael (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Seely (Mac), Ella Killam (Hughie) and David Taylor (Marilyn); and his pets, Bentley Man, Piper and Lexie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many good friends.
