He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Steeves and Myrtle Steeves (Wilson). He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Donald Steeves (Allison), Joan Chown, Gary Steeves (Erin) and Andrew Steeves (Arlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I just now learned online of Dale Steeves' passing. Dale was the eldest nephew of my late husband Burton Wilson, formerly of Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. Dale was a kind, thoughtful young man known to my husband and me. A real gentleman in the true sense of the word. He will be missed by all who knew Dale.
