He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur LeBlanc and Josephine LeBlanc; his wife Eileen; his children, Patsy and Philip; and his siblings, Lionel, Fred, Clovie, Edmund, Albert, Lena and Reta.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Dobson (Stephen) and David (Holly); his grandchildren, Roxanne, Amanda Parlee, Travis, Rachel and Amanda Morton; his great grandchildren, Megan, Maddison, Brycelyn, Ella, Carleigh, Makenna, Carter, Madison and Hudson; his sisters, Rosie LeBlanc, Laura LeBlanc Ida Donovan and Yvonne Sonier; his mother-in-law Olive Taylor; his caregiver Vesta Goddard; and his close friend Bob Legere.
