He was predeceased by: his parents, William LeBlanc and Margaret LeBlanc (Bourque); his wife Leona; his children, Alfred and Theresa Fougere; and his siblings, Diana Legere, Doris Donelle, Vitaline Lorette, Hazel Cormier, Gérard Leblanc and Ovila.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Richard (Camilla) and Aurella LeBlanc.
